Keith Campbell

Keith focuses his practice on patent preparation and prosecution and intellectual property due diligence and clearance. In addition, he has drafted and negotiated license agreements and has prior pharmaceutical patent litigation experience. Keith's experience in patent law has encompassed a wide variety of technologies, with an emphasis on biotechnology, chemical and pharmaceutical arts, and medical devices.

Prior to becoming a registered patent attorney, Keith earned a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Minnesota. His graduate and post-doctoral work concentrated on the molecular, biochemical and behavioral characterization of mice expressing a neuromodulatory transgene, which resulted in the publication of nine articles in peer-reviewed journals.
