Anna Nelson

Anna focuses her practice on preparation and prosecution of patents in the United States and abroad, patent clearance, and invalidity opinions. Anna also has experience with intellectual property litigation including pharmaceutical patent litigation. Anna's experience in patent law has encompassed a wide variety of technologies, with an emphasis on the chemical and pharmaceutical arts, and medical devices.

Prior to becoming a registered patent attorney, Anna earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Nebraska. Her graduate work focused on the kinetics and by-products of the decomposition of various herbicides and insecticides as a result of particular municipal drinking-water treatment processes.
